Dan Scott, Senior Project Manager
Dan Scott joined the Constantine Commercial Construction team in October 1999. He brings many years of experience and a wealth of knowledge of the construction industry.
He started his career in 1968 as a carpenter’s helper. Over the course of the next 11 years, he rose through various positions to the level of project superintendent.
In 1979, Dan left his previous employer to form Gerald G. Scott & Sons, Inc., a commercial general contractor, with his father. Following his father’s retirement in 1984, Dan assumed full responsibility for the operations of the growing firm.
Over the years, he has managed a wide variety of projects including private and public school additions and renovations, tenant fit-outs, volunteer fire companies, churches, office buildings, restaurants and retail centers.
Dan’s clients have been well respected organizations such as Maryland National Bank, Loyola Federal Savings and Loan, Pizza Hut of Maryland, Archdiocese of Baltimore, Gruman Aerospace, among others.
As part of Dan’s commitment to the construction industry he served as President of the Baltimore Chapter of The Associated Builders and Contractors, and is an affiliate member of the Baltimore Chapter of the AIA.
In the community, Dan is a life member of the Kingsville Volunteer Fire Company, a 23-year member and past President of the Jarrettsville Lions Club, and has served as Trustee for the Bethel Presbyterian Church.
